Our Witness Preparation Process
1.
The presence of an attorney is always required.
2.
Sessions are conducted with a rehearsal format.
3.
Sessions can either be conducted after a witness has had considerable work on substance with counsel or very little.
4.
Determine how close to trial or deposition the session(s) should be.
5.
Identify key problems and work to fix them.
6.
Sessions are based on both individual learning styles and building on positive skills witnesses already have.
7.
Most sessions are video taped.
8.
Sessions should contain as few people in the room as possible to create the best environment for learning.
